My Collection Of Tom Ford Make Up

Todays post will be all about my Tom Ford products.
A good while back i ordered a few bits and pieces to add to my kit. I chose mostly neutral colours and timeless staples that i knew would work on most people.

I know that clients really enjoy making an 'experience' of getting their make up done, especially if its for a particular occasion and designer products makes it feel that bit more special. Especially if those products wouldn't usually be that attainable.. and lets face it at almost £40 per lipstick this is a line that i think people treat themselves to. The packaging is truly beautiful, making these products more something of a luxurious accessory and beautiful collectable than necessary staples in your routine.

First up are the lipsticks, i got the shades Sable Smoke, Indian Rose & Spanish Pink.
The texture of these lipsticks is gorgeous, like a rich buttery coat of colour on the lips that even works on slightly chapped lips as the consistency almost smooths them out, which is an obvious bonus. Colour pay off is opaque and rich, as you would expect & the finish on these particular lipsticks is like a creamy satin- not glossy nor dry but a happy in between, a definite win. I will definitely be expanding my collection soon.

Next up are the blushes. I got two shades 'Ravish' a classic peach with a slight golden shimmer & Savage a burnt golden brown shade which I thought would be perfect to add a warm golden glow to the complexion.
I personally love blushes with at least a tiny bit of shimmer in them, especially if you're not going to highlight or if you use a matte base as this gives a beautiful glow. The colour pay off is fab and you really only need the tiniest bit .

Last but not least are the 3 palettes I picked up : Golden Mink, Orchid Haze & Cocoa Mirage.
I've gotten the most use out Golden Mink for classic looks , the shimmers in this palette are absolutely stunning and give an almost wet look to the lid as the shimmer spreads well.
Perfect for the strobing trend at the moment , this would look gorgeous on a clean look with just the shimmer on the lids and a slick of mascara paired with super highlighted cheeks .

Orchid Haze is one of those palettes that captures your heart at first sight, the colours are gorgeous and not too vibrant so you could still definitely create a day look with this palette.I thought it would be a nice alternative to the classic neutral palette that people go for or even for adding a touch of plum into the crease if not wanting to use an entirely purple palette on the eye. This palette works really well on those who have Green & Brown eyes - It works on many eye colours but ive found it really makes these particular eye colours 'pop'.

Cocoa Mirage is a fantastic basic palette to have. This palette includes mostly a varied selection of neutral matte browns with only one being a shimmer which i think is essential. The colours , even the dark blend beautifully and don't drag on the skin. Perfect for intensifying a smokey eye - this palette works harmoniously with Golden Mink.

Overall, I am super happy with these products & will be expanding my collection soon, especially the lipsticks as i adore the texture & as mentioned before they are some of the most beautifully packaged items in my kit so would make fabulous presents & gorgeous pieces to display on your dressing table.

On the flip side stay tuned for my Kiko haul, i picked up a few bits in their recent sale. Fab products at amazing prices!

I hope you enjoyed the post,Thanks for Stopping by,
